VANITY FAIR w/ Helena Severin Celebrate Fashion -
We’re at Studio Rouchon in Paris for Vanity Fair. It’s a fine day in great company. Virginie Mouzat has inspired references - Jacqueline de Ribes the french designer, fashion icon and 60s model is our muse.
The look is super classy with a touch of the vintage chic. It’s a celebration of fashion, classy extravaganza in the vanity tradition – a bold, strong statement tempered by exquisite taste.
Our model Helena Severin is super cool, it’s a real pleasure to work with her and she carried the fashion and style to perfection – great casting.
How to achieve this hair style, hair tools and products:
Brush. I brushed the hair so it was tangle free and knot free.
Preparing the base. I used a good amount of Phytokeratine Extreme Cream as treatment and to prepare the base for the next steps.
Comb. I combed the cream through Helena’s hair using a large toothed comb to make sure that it was evenly dispatched throughout.
Braid. I attached a very long natural hair braid at Helena’s neck with bobby pins.
Trim. I trimmed the end of the braid for a clean finish.
Polish. I used Huile Soyeuse by Phyto, a light weight serum and sprayed the base and braid a few times for a shiny, lustrous look.
